WANT!

Oh I want one or both of these top skirt combos from River Islands S/S 12 collection. I have seen them in every magazine under the sun but have not been able to get my greedy little mitts on them! Has anyone else managed? Have they not been released yet?! I have actually just sent an email to River Island because I want to know so much! I'll let you know what they say...also, black or white?

Ahhhh Zara shirt I love you. I saw this shirt in Zara's look book right at the beginning of last season but somehow managed to miss it in store and online, after trawling eBay for ages, and all the shirts being sold for around £80 I finally found this one a few months ago for the bargain price of £18 = very happy Kate! It also got rid of the major green eyed monster I was trying to contain after seeing other bloggers in possession of the shirt. Do you like it?I Paired it with my trusty biker jacket and cut offs today.

Lacey Layering it up.

This is todays outfit - a little bit layering, lace, androgyny and denim cut offs. And this is this Maybelline Colour Sensational lip stain in Plum Flushed which I am really loving at the moment. Hope everyones had a nice, sunny day.

I suppose it's the age old question for all bloggers - is this outfit worth posting? For example today my outfit is pretty similar to yesterdays...so I was wondering whether I should post it. It's jeans and creepers again. But I decided I would because for me it's just about sharing what I wear everyday unless I am too rushed to take pictures, or my outfit isn't photo worthy (this happens to us all! - I find a surprising amount). Some bloggers have such amazing style and photographs that I suppose an outfit has to be really wonderful and exciting to be worth a place on their blogs...I am under no illusion that my blog is not like that! But hopefully, I am not boring you?!

Library Casual

Jacket: Vintage, T-shirt: I made it, Jeans: H&M, Bag: Charity Shop, Socks: H&M and Creepers: eBay.

Today is another library day and I've gone for a pretty comfy casual look, mostly cos I wanted to wear these new brogue-esque creepers - love them! I have a mixed relationship with these high waisted jeans, essentially I love them from the front, but feel like my bum looks rather large from the back...but I can't see that most of the time! Hope some of you are getting to enjoy the sun today.

Peplum, Pout...Pub!

I went to the...pub, (god I'm a nerd!) and this is what I wore - I was in a rush so no pictures but I also wore black loafers and biker jacket. I love this bargain star print peplum vintage Wallis shirt, ahhhhhh!

Oh how I wish the sky was a lovely burnt orange, the sun setting, warm and beautiful - but sadly not it is full of clouds! Well maybe that is a good thing as I have to spend all day in the library? Anyway, this is what I wore today - I know not that exciting, it's just that the combination of getting up really early and the weather being useless means all the things I want to wear just don't look right with tights..but I promise to be more exciting soon.
